Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pelagic purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the returns process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
